Big problem not resolving no matter what . please help

I am using Onis latest edition. I tried 2 different datasets and it works fine. Now when I import DICOM images into Onis from a new dataset. It only imports one image successfully and reports the error 'An exception error has occurred while accessing to the database' for the rest of the images of the same patient and the other patients. I have no idea why this happens. I would appreciate it very much if you could help me solve this problem. I can also send you some example data if necessary.

Did this get resolved? Is this still a valid product? Everything looks pretty dated on the website.
