Connect to dcm4chee or OsiriX

| mulOMpUR | What has to be done to connect to dcm4chee or OsiriX to retreive data. The list of patients is no problem, but whenever I try to select a patient or study I get an error stating no data could be received from the server.

I tried to trace the problem and found the answer with dcm4chee:
illegal unique key attribute (0008,0018) in SERIES level retreive
This points to a illegal retreive call for a series with a key that may only be used with singel images. Is there a way to drop this key from the retreive ?

I had a look to the source code and yes, the SOP instance UID is present but have a NULL value when retrieving at the series level. So far, we didn't have any problem even with dcm4chee. What version of dcm4chee are you using now?
Anyway, we are going to remove this unnecessary key and you should be able to connect to your server after that. We will release the version 2.2 of Onis very soon (this week). Please download and try the new version. It should work.
