Make a line:

1. Select the "Line" tool in the list of annotations and ROIs. (See "How to create 2D annotations")





2. Bring your mouse above one image in a display area and click the left button to define the first point of the line.
3. Drag your mouse to define the second point of the line and click on the left button.

Modify the line object position:

1. Select the line object by clicking on it with the left mouse button. When a line object is selected, you can see a green circle at each extremity.
2. Bring your mouse anywhere between both extremities of the line, press the left mouse button and hold it.
3. While holding the left mouse button, drag your mouse to move the position of the measure object.
4. Release the left button mouse.

Modify the extremity points of the line:

1. Select the line object by clicking on it with the left mouse button. When a line object is selected, you can see a green circle at each extremity.
2. Bring your mouse above one of the extremities of the line, press the left mouse button and hold it.
3. While holding the left mouse button, drag your mouse to move the extremity of the line.
4. Release the left button mouse.

Modify the properties of the line:

1. Select the line object by clicking on it with the left mouse button. When a line object is selected, you can see a green circle at each extremity of the line.
2. In the properties window of annotations and ROIs, modify the color or the width of the line object.
