When you install Onis Ultimate for the first time, you have 30 days of trial before the license expires.
If you modify your computer date to a prior date, your trial will expire immediately.
If you need a new trial key, please send us an email at info@onis-viewer.com

Everyday you will start Onis, the trial period will decrease the remaining day by 1.
So, this is normal that on the second day, the new value is 29.

You should enter the key only once. If you have to re-enter it every time you launch Onis, this is not normal. We have hundreds of downloads every months and we have never heard about this trouble till now.
If your computer is connected to the internet, would it be possible for us to connect to it with teamviewer and check the problem by ourselves?

Just to make sure. If you are using a temporary key, every time you will start Onis, you will have a reminder window, letting you know the number of remaining days for your trial. Normally, you just need to click on "Continue" to continue the program without entering the keys again. If you are using the ultimate version, you a second reminder window will open to let you know the remaining days you have for each plugin. Just click on the "Continue" button to go forward without entering the keys again.
If Onis refuses to continue without entering the keys again, please let me know.
