Good Afternoon!

I want to get back my ONIS keys, when I click the link to send me to my e-mail shows:

"Your product key has been sent to your email address.

Please check also your junk folder in case..."

But it spend 16 hours and the e-mail does not in appear in e-mail inbox, nor in junk mails.

Please, Help me!
