| mulOMpUR | Downloaded the new version of Onis Professional using "try now".
Running the file installs the program.
Clicking on the ONIS 2.3 icon on my desktop opens the logon screen and hangs-up there.
Clocking on Onis Preview in the Digitalcore/ONIS23/ folder : preview runs OK
Onis 2.2 is running without problems.

If possible, could you send us by email a screenshot of the error when Onis hangs-up? We found out a problem with the protection system on some computers, we have contacted the company which provides us the protection sdk. I would like to check if your problem is related. We've just uploaded a new version of Onis installer on our website. Please uninstall Onis 2.3 from your computer, download the newest installer from www.onis-viewer.com and reinstall Onis.
This version solves the issues with the protection system on some computers. I hope your problem wiill be solved.

| mulOMpUR | Disinstalled Onis 2.3 via standard windows uninstall
Dwnloaded the latest install file and installed the program as suggested.
Same error, system hangup at ONIS startscreen, the black square with ONIS written on it.
When clicking on the black square : windows errormessage - ONIS 2.3 does not respond
I am running WIn 7 professional, system manager priveliges.

1. What is the last thing written at the bottom left of the ONIS start screen?
2. Does Onis crash if you don't click at all or just it stay indefinitely?
3. If you start Onis and monitor the onis.exe process in the task manager of windows, can you see the memory going up and down (big amplitude)?

| mulOMpUR | 1) onis strat screen : I only see the logo, no written indications.
2) Onis does not crash, it stays on the screen. Clicking the logo after a while the windows message comes with : program does not respomd, wait for response or close program ?
3) This is one of the first things I did; the cpu usage of the onis.exe process stays at 0 (zero)
- Tried a reinstall clicking on Onis Ultimate, same effect as with Onis Professional,

| mulOMpUR | ok, can you try to start Onis and wait for let's say up to 15 minutes (don't touch anything)? If you got "Program does not respond", choose "wait for response".
Please let me know the result.
