| mulOMpUR | One of our customer has problem with annotation in Onis 2.3 Ultimate recently installed. The software is installed on disk C: and images data path on disk D:. First click on the selected area (say "measure ruler") displays red measure arrow with digital data and with second click on selected area the arrow disappears. After third attempt all menu icons area lockups. Any suggestions?

Could you tell me the version number of Onis that you are using. You can find it in the "Help" menu of Onis.

I reinstalled Onis twice but the annotations still not working. Tomoroow I`ll try to reinstall Windows on the disk D:. By the way, does the reinstallation of Windows change the hardware ID of the same PC? If so, what about the license?
