inconsistent resolutions when exporting files

Hi,
I'm having inconsistent results when exporting MRIs from Onis 2.4 Pro, where the same image (exported as a JPG screen capture) will at one time result in a 96ppi resolution, and at other times a 120ppi resolution. Can I change this manually, or when can I expect a higher/lower quality export? I hope you can help.

Hi,

I am not sure to understand the problem. When exporting image as screen capture in JPEG format, only the pixel resolution may differ. Which software do you use to check the ppi resolution?
