mulOMpUR | Hi,
Can you send us one of your DICOM image that generate the problem? If yes, we can look into the problem and fix it.

mulOMpUR | Madric,
The DICOM file contains the patient information in it and Roche prohibits us from sharing the files with PHI. Also, I can't be 100% sure that Dicom anonmyizer works on distorted image.
I am using Onis 2.6 ulitimate version and it is registered under the name Paul Merritt 1.
We are using the Onis viewer to retrieve the dicom file from the GE Pacs Centricity and about 10% of the files have this issue. These 10% of the files displays correctly in the GE Pacs viewer. And the issue seems to be viewer specific.
Is there any way to debug this issue without sharing the dicom file ?
Do you have additional debugging / logging options for us to try ?
Also Is it possible to see the onis source code to identify the issue ?
Please let me know if you have other options in mind. Thanks for your support.

mulOMpUR | Hi,
Unfortunately, we cannot do anything if you cannot provide us one image.
What you can do I think is to import the distorted image into the local database of ONIS. Then, from the database page, you can anonymize the image and export it on your disk. Then maybe you can send us the anonymized image?

mulOMpUR | Hi,
I am able to transfer and anonymize the image and what is the best way to share the image with you ?
Thanks, Viknesh | 1/1/2016 9:27:28 AM |
mulOMpUR | Hi,
You can send it by email to info@onis-viewer.com
