Hello...

I am trying to load a study of DICOM PET images. I've been able to load and display these images in other several other viewers but Onis (2.3 Freeversion) is failing to load them. I am trying to do an Import / Import from Directory and select the folder containing the DICOM files. Onis reports back that each of the 99 files is "Missing file, corrupted file, or invalid file"...but no other information is provided. I have search and can not locate any log files.

The DICOM files are Little Endian / Implicit, PET Storage (1.2.840.10008.5.1.4.1.1.128). They are 128x128x16-bit and there are 99 slice files.

Does anyone know if there is a way to find out why these files are failing? Are there any log files or other means to see what errors are being thrown?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could you send us one of our image? We will try to understand where the problem is coming from.
