ANONYMIZING...

When anonymizing images, ONIS can use any one of the supported character repertoires. ONIS strictly adheres to the DICOM Specification and will modify if necessary the character repertoire tag of an image. If a potential conflict arises that would lead to a violation of DICOM specification, a warning window will be presented to you, allowing you to select what action should be taken.

When anonymizing a person\'s name, you may specify the familly name, given names, middle names, prefix and suffix. You may also define Ideogram and phonetic fields.
